I am an out of network provider for most insurances
I am now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Insurance
As a LCSW-C my fees are almost always partially reimbursed through your insurance coverage. I will provide you with all the necessary receipts/paperwork to smooth the process of applying for reimbursement. I will help you with this
process. It may seem daunting at first but the process of reimbursemnt is relatively straigth foward. It is sometimes as simple as filing out an on-line form on your insurance companies website and can take less than a few minutes.
It does sometimes vary between the different insurance companies but clients usually receive between 60-85% of my fees. PLease check with your insurance company regarding this and remember to ask questionsif you are not sure or do
not understand the process. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my plan cover out of network providers?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and check.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you call within 48 hours a standard $50
cancellation fee will apply.
